The SK50P CNC Flat Bed Lathe is a fully mature, field-proven economic CNC lathe  driven by high-performance servo motors. Optimized for long-term stable batch production, this flat-bed lathe integrates rigid mechanical structure, reliable transmission system and intelligent lubrication design, delivering consistent precision and durability for general machining and high-precision complex workpiece processing. It supports flexible tooling configuration with a standard 4-station turret and an optional 6-station turret to accommodate diverse workpiece shapes and diversified machining demands.

The machine adopts a high-strength cast iron bed with excellent structural rigidity and superior vibration absorption performance. Multiple aging treatments are applied to eliminate internal mechanical stress, effectively suppressing workpiece and machine deformation caused by cutting force during long-cycle machining. The guideway pairs undergo intermediate-frequency quenching, precision grinding, plastic pasting and precision scraping processes. This sophisticated processing greatly reduces frictional resistance and ensures outstanding long-term precision retention, laying a solid foundation for stable and high-precision machining.

Equipped with a professional gear transmission spindle box, the SK50P features three gear shift ranges with stepless speed regulation within each gear. It achieves a maximum spindle output torque of 800N·m and a maximum spindle speed of 1620 r/min, delivering powerful and stable cutting performance for heavy-duty turning and complex part processing. The servo drive system enables steady start, quick stop and responsive operation, further optimizing machining efficiency and stability.

In terms of feed transmission, the lathe adopts a synchronous pulley drive for the X-axis and a direct connection structure between servo motor and ball screw for the Z-axis. The simplified and high-rigidity transmission structure minimizes transmission clearance and error, realizing higher positioning accuracy and feeding stability to meet strict precision machining requirements.

To guarantee long-term stable operation, the guideways and ball screw pairs are equipped with a centralized automatic dilute oil lubrication system. The system delivers timed and quantitative oil supply to all lubrication points, ensuring uniform and sufficient lubrication for all sliding and transmission surfaces. This effectively reduces component wear, lowers operating friction, and significantly extends the service life of core moving parts including guideways and ball screws.

Versatile in processing capabilities, the SK50P is suitable for turning shaft-type, plate-type and ring-type workpieces. It supports comprehensive machining operations including ID/OD turning, arbitrary taper turning, arc surface turning, facing, as well as metric and inch threading.
